Invest in modern technology with Biodico renewable biofuel and biodiesel!

WHAT WE DO

Biodico is a privately held company headquartered in Ventura, California that (1) builds, owns and operates sustainable biofuel and bioenergy facilities, (2) conducts research, development, and validation studies with the U.S. Navy, and (3) collaborates with strategic joint venture partners to commercialize new technology and initiatives. The company recently went online with the world’s first fully sustainable liquid biofuel facility to help address energy needs and climate goals with an economically viable solution. Biodico’s initial objective is to build a minimum of nine facilities over the next five years by partnering with private investors, as well as accessing the capital markets for an initial public offering.

Biodico is one of the oldest and most experienced biofuel companies in the world, working closely with the U.S. Navy and the California Energy Commission (CEC) to develop advanced biofuel technologies. Biodico signed its first Cooperative Research And Development Agreement (CRADA) with the Navy in 2002 and has expanded that agreement.

PRIMARY PROFIT GENERATORS

GBX

GBX is a proprietary formulation of Biodico byproducts and represents approximately 20% of the total volume produced.  Biodico’s proprietary GBX formulation can be used in anaerobic digesters to produce renewable heat and power, and as a co-digestent with dairy manure can increase biogas production by 2-5 times. BIOFUEL INCENTIVES

Biofuel production incentive programs are administered by the USEPA (RINs) and the State of California (Low Carbon Fuel Standard).  50% of the value of the previous year’s incentives are used in Biodico’s financial projections to account for potential fluctuations and revenue sharing with project partners.

More info

Biodico has built, operated and sold several biodiesel plants over the years both domestically and internationally, as well as worked with government leaders in drafting legislation and regulations that help promote biofuels.

Biodico is now raising funds for the purpose of building, owning and operating nine new biofuel production facilities. The first plant (20 MGPY) went online in December 2015 and the second facility is slated to go online in the first quarter of 2016.

The technologies which Biodico has developed are ready for commercialization and include (1) feedstocks (algae, jatropha, brassicas and others), (2) process control (the use of automation, remote sensing, Fourier Transform Near Infrared Spectroscopy and Wave Guided Radar), and (3) a distributed neural network for centralized command, control and support for decentralized facilities. Biodico’s technology is uniquely suited for multiple feedstocks, fast and inexpensive modular construction and deployment, enhanced throughput with reduced operating costs, and increased monetization of renewable fuel and energy incentives.
